Crikx users from districts across Bangladesh have shared their experiences.
The odds on the Bangladesh vs India match at Crikx were unlike anything I found elsewhere. When I win, the money hits my bKash within 5–10 minutes. That's what matters most to me — hassle-free payments.
Payment SpeedThe live casino is genuinely impressive. Playing baccarat feels like sitting across from a real dealer. Even with a slower internet connection, streaming stays quite smooth on Crikx.
Live CasinoDuring the IPL season, Crikx had the most competitive odds I came across. I placed a parlay once and turned ৳1,200 into ৳8,400. The mobile experience is very smooth and the app loads fast.
Parlay BetThe support team speaks Bangla — that was really important to me. I once had an issue with a payment, messaged live chat, and it was resolved within 3 minutes. Crikx support is in a league of its own.
Customer SupportThe bonus terms seemed a bit confusing at first, but support cleared everything up right away. I now bet on Crikx regularly. The football handicap market is one of my favorites.
Bonuses & OffersI always withdraw through Nagad — it takes about 4 minutes on average. My first deposit came with a 150% bonus, which kept me betting for quite a while. I really appreciate the transparency at Crikx.

A balanced review means acknowledging room for improvement alongside the positives.
Most bettors find the limitations minor and consider them outweighed by everything Crikx does well.
Bangladesh has no shortage of online Sports Betting platforms, but those who have used various sites over the years often single out Crikx. In this review, I've tried to capture the full picture of that experience — the praise and the criticism alike.
Cricket odds are what Crikx users talk about most. A Dhaka-based user shared that during an Asia Cup match, he had Crikx and another site open side by side — the odds for Bangladesh were 1.82 and 1.65 respectively. That gap becomes quite significant on larger bets. Consistently competitive odds are one of Crikx's strongest selling points.
Reviews of the live betting experience are largely enthusiastic. Most users are satisfied with how quickly the odds update during a match. A user from Chittagong noted that during IPL live betting, he observed odds shifting roughly every 30 seconds — giving bettors a real window to make quick decisions. That said, some users have reported slightly slower page loads during high-traffic matches.
The Live Casino section is another standout feature of Crikx. Baccarat, Roulette, Blackjack — you get to play these games live with professional dealers. A user from Rajshahi mentioned that the mobile streaming is so smooth he can play from a moving bus without any issues. The live dealers don't speak Bangla, but the game interface is fully in Bangla, making it easy to follow along.
The most consistent positive feedback around payments focuses on withdrawal speed. A user from Barisal mentioned winning a bet at 11 PM and receiving the funds in Nagad within 7 minutes — a story that comes up again and again in the reviews. Some complaints exist about first-time withdrawals taking longer due to KYC verification, but once that's cleared, subsequent transactions are consistently fast.
Mobile app reviews are broadly positive. Users report that Crikx performs well on both Android and iOS. The app also runs on low-end smartphones — a significant advantage in the Bangladesh market, where most users are on mid-range or budget devices.
Users from Sylhet and Mymensingh have been particularly complimentary about customer support. Being able to communicate in Bangla makes a real difference to them. Live chat responses typically come within 2–5 minutes. Late-night wait times can be slightly longer, but email support generally replies within 2 hours.
Overall, the picture painted by Crikx reviews is a positive one. Most users tried it once and became regulars. The consensus is clear: for cricket bettors who want fast payouts, Crikx is a strong choice.
